Without hearing this information, all I can say is that someone's account is their own responsibility, and for it to become "hacked", they either have to run a trainer, or give their password to someone, or not be hacked at all but lie about being hacked.

All you need is to some how get infected by a trojan it doesnt require downloading a trainer at all. A few years back I knew a guy I considered a good friend. (back before graal) We played JK Dark Forces II, we where constantly downloading player made levels and mods for it and sending them to each other. Then one time he sent me a zipped file and I went to open it and the file vanished. It got so bad I had to reformat my entire computer because of it.

So all it really takes is you to trust some one enough to open a file from them. Or some one to impersonate a friend that you do trust etc.. Or like quite a while back there was some one who had a fake game that was really a trojan. They got alot of people with high access to graal. But thanks to IP ranges nothing really happened.
