I dont see it as a horrible stage. I prefer to think of it as a preliminary stage. If you go to any game currently under development they usually give some sort of concept art or preliminary shots. Those are examples of how the server will look and before people jump on my back when I say of how it will look I'm referring to side scrolling and not graphic quality. What is the one people always demand when some one posts about an upcomming server? They always demand screen shots if you dont people whine and cry that there are no screen shots. With this way people will at least get an idea of how the server will be.
