1 - No, but VIP lets you post on the forums even if you're not a gold memeber (So if someone with a Classic account didn't want to play on Gold Servers, but wanted to post on the forums, they could buy VIP since it's cheaper then Gold and be able to post).
2 - Maybe, but why would you want to use @graal.net email anyways, I heard that it's terrible... |
