1. What you're doing is most likely breaking a law somewhere (Unless you payed stefan/unixmad).
Not if it's free for download and it gives cyberjour full credit. (not breaking any copyright laws)

2. I don't think you can play graal offline.
How do you think people make levels? You just can't save a game (in the current version).
You'd have to load a level, and that would confuse people. I know you can use the editor, but playing graal offline is VERY limited. Probabally too limited to make an offline only game.
