How do I reconnect the NPC Server?!

Well, it seems that a lot of NPC Servers are shot for the while Stefan is gone. I thought it'd be nice if the people with NPC Servers knew how to, or could be given a method of resetting and reconnecting their NPC Server without Stefan. It's not good when he's gone on a 5 day vacation and they go down.

Stefan has been working on an auto-reconnecter for the NPC server. But if theres some kind of big probelm we will probably still need him... Oh well.

I say there should be a reset of the entire Graal/Newworld servers like every week or so. Like every NPC server gets reset at like 12:00AM Sunday

yes but that means that Crashed NPCServers have to wait all week if they crash during the week like Faheria, i heard TB3 was more then pissed off this time =\

Yes there should be some reconnecting thing.
The npcserver doesn't crash but sometimes
it sends wrong data (most of the time
caused by npcs having strange attributes) or the
socket is blocked somehow. Then
the npcserver could try to just reconnect
to the server...
Or I could add an additional chat command
in the RC for restarting the npcserver in case
it really crashed.

You should only allow L4 RC's to use it though
