Well, I have an idea. If any of you guys play Era Online (I don't), you probably know that a lot of crap has been happening over there lately. One of the solutions was to make a
"player-council" that basically represents the players as a whole with ideas, comments, and complaints. They recommend new staff, getting rid of staff, what should be done to improve the game, etc. I think Graal should have one of these, as well. Yes I know, things like this have been proposed in the past, but nothing has ever been done.
It seems to me that a council of like 6 people, elected by the Graal public, would be a great benefit. They could have a weekly or bi-weekly meeting with Stefan and other staff to discuss Graal. This way, Stefan and the other staff wouldn't have to put up with as many complaints from people as usual, because the council can express them in the meeting. Plus, they could get direct feedback whenever they wanted from people very easily. There could be elections like every 3 months or something, so people don't slack off, turn corrupt, etc. Like the US constitution, we could also implement something that could remove someone from the council if they aren't expressing the Graalian public like they should, if they are being corrupt, etc. Yes, that can lead to problems. But I think it would have more pros then cons.
