You've also defined a function twice in the Guilds Login when our query of our loginname and password from MySQL didn't match... Thus including another page, redeclaring a function, and making an error...

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare formatdate() in /home/graal/webs/graal2001/htdocs/functions2.php on line 4

Well... That's about it...

Type the capitals in your name correctly, then it won't give you that error.
