What would YOU like to see??

I have been instructed to script something that Stefan will check out for me So I need something that is 2k2 quality, something that I can use a wide range of my skillz on. What would you like to see on 2k2? What cool ideas do you have but have been unable to do yourself? Throw ANYTHING at me really. I really doubt there is much I would not be able to make. I'm willing to go to extremes to make this the best possible. So what would YOU the players want new?

A weapon that you make out of 16 of 1 rare item would be a
Obsidian rock you get it off a monster it would be rare and you would need 16 to craft the sword the sword would start out Original damage


there would be 4 elemental stones in an elemental dungeon when you add the stone to your weapon it will be that element


the weapon would be strong too..

or a sound when someone dies or a corpse

trade mode would have to be made with mudlib commands
sounds are mostly ganis
they had tombstones, those lagged the server

hehe, since you say there is nothing that you cant make, try making a 3d engine :P, speaking of the 3d engine, how's the development of it going kai?

Not bad at all, and development has sped up tenfold over the last couple of days due to my return to a nocturnal sleeping pattern.

I am beggining to think that Maximus is Selzar. To back it up:

1) Around the time Selzar decides he is not playing suddenly Maximus gets an account. (True not evidence on it's own but when linked with the others, especially 2...)

2) Maximus right away picks up on where topics stand even though he was very new (at least the account) a few weeks ago. No welcome posts, no hello posts, just right away into the fray of the 2k2 forum on the same issues as Selzar.

3) A resemblance noticed by Dragon X on his posting method.

4) Maximus has the alleigence idea, taken from "ashron's call" (sp?), Selzar had a fellowships idea most likely taken form the same source.

EDIT: nm, it was Jourdan. And it wasn't for a sword, just a new mineral.

Back on topic, is there no way the trade thing could be done with GraalScript? Many of us have asked for it, and even if it isn't used it might be an impressive scripting accomplishment.

I think I'm going to make a market place or trading center theme. I have already started on the GUI for it, and it will allow you to sell for a longer amount of time based on your personality points.

good luck but whatever you make will be completelly irrelevent since 2k2 uses mudlibs
