NC lags behind?

Sometimes if someone who has NC rights on RC, logs off, it says "Soandso RC disconnected" then it takes like a few minutes for it to say their NC Disconnected, or sometimes it is stuck until someone starts talking in RC Chat... Weird 0.o;

This happens ALOT on bravo, I doubt people's computers are freezing that much.

And sometimes, if you get your nc rights taken off, and the admin d/ces you, and you log back in quick, you still have nc rights ;D

Yeah you have to acctually make the person CLOSE RC before the rights are gone
