I think it would be a cool idea (If its not be talked about before) if you were able to grow different plants. You could use then as barriers (Not like blocking the mines and stuff, for kingdoms o_o), and just to add color to a area.

And maybe each kingdom could have a special flower, or plant of some type that is useful and they could trade with other kingdoms. (That is, if they are still peaceful with that kingdom )

That sounds 1337....there should be all kinds of trading between kingdoms when you mention it....heh heh....think of the possibilities....one kingdom has all the gold....one has all the iron....

Its a great idea, where a like, kingdomly flower (Would prolly be elected by some sorta poll througout the kingdome)
but i dont like the blocking as a barrier idea.
that could cause problems
people might block houses, castles, mines, exits, etc.
