A While back, Sanstrata -
a loved home to some, and a hacked up pit to to others-
was submited, and failed.

Donladshimoda, the one who submited it,
sent the levels to me.

After taking a look, and just over five printed pages
of what to fix later, I was interested in working on
Sanstrata again.
Ideas are bewing for actually finishing up the
initial plots with Gorkak and orb of light quests, Tribes,
some light rp (your charachter can learn any skill
but your personality will probably favor one in particlar,
but it is not limited).
System npc and level improevemnts are already
well underway.

Who remembers what it was?

Who thinks what it could be?

I have talked to many (dozen or more) online still
who would love Sanstrata back.
Don and I are of course aware that we keep
a small staff list, (Sans once had 35 staff, never again!)
and that who we select on staff is to
be taken with the utmost caution,
after it being taken down so long ago because
of staff arguing and hacking issues.

We want to do our best,
and when it goes in for review again,
it will be ready this time.,
will be at least a few more weeks tho.

npc, level, staff and player
all these areas i have learned much in..

What do you think?
Can it come back and be a fun server again?
I'm willing to do my best ...

is the staff message which scrolls along
and tells u of events and updates etc.

Nope. I had been on Sanstrata for like, an hour. My Graal wasn't hacked, either, it was my comp, period. I never opened any weird files before hand, it was always the same thing everyday for me back then.

Log on.
Play Graal.
Eat.
Play Graal.
Sleep.

If you want to bring it back, be sure to bring back the old stuff. None of the new stuff.

Sanstrata was not a popular server.

If people see it on the playerlist again, chances are that many of them wont bother to log on again, most will just go "Sanstrata OMI sux"

If your playerworld gets a bad reputation either from hackings, poor levels, bad reviews from the PWA, etc, then why don't you just use all these ideas to create a new playerworld with a new name? Why have your playerworld held down by the name "Sanstrata"?

It was an ugly catapillar,

not in levels, or graphics, or npc wise, but player count. im askin how he plans to attract players away from oasis or gaia if say sanstrata got realised when oasis or another good server did.

I am working on sans, as is donshimoda,
for there to be a fun place to be.

If you need "controversay" and an old playerworld's name to get people to even notice you, then your playerworld does not belong online. Stop being so blind, change the name, and replace the controversay with good things and you might be able to be able to succede.

Im with Jinx on the Renaming it...and you should post some screen shots to get people hyped up.
The servers should be a good mix of servers Once Gaia,Oasis,Tritan,2230,era and all the other playerworlds or Private servers go public. good luck guys

uhh pro koni (who owns oasis) was manager of graal2k1, i think that would count as online experince.

Prozac as much as I loved Sanstrata and played it, Donalwhateverhis****ingnameis is a ****ing idiot noob. He was on sanstrata for like and month, and you yourself have no owner/managment skills whats so ever and you attendence to this server as your reign as owner was terrible.

And if it should EVER be brought back up it should be done by Sabin. Not using his 1.5 year old overworld but a good new one.

Hey, Sanstrata staff packed up? I just fixed Graal (so it works on my computer, and lights work now too[don't see what's so special about them though, just all hype]), thought about making a playerworld, but with school and stuff, I can't do everything myself, so I'll just help a playerworld. Sanstrata was a comunity, not a server, it'll probably not be what it was. It wasn't it self any more for the last 2 onths of it's existance. Why make your self and everyone who remmembers it suffer? Besides Sanstrata will get even fewer players because there are no super cool NPCs, or anything...

Combine both worlds of new and old San but bring kewl npcs i mean real good ones something that makes it different from other servers and their npcs, i always thought ecomenies (cant spell) were good like on 2k1

New overworld is what I wanted, but remeber "New" Sanstrata that was CRAP just one huge squared block with 25% grass levels. If you want a new overworld make it decent, wait no make it amazing.
