He is not allowed to use my overworld or npcs which were on there after Shadownight left.

That's a mean thing to do. Once you contribute to a PW, it becomes property of that PW!

I contibuted the overworld and tileset on one simple condition, he broke it. Also he won't be using it anyways, I was just warning him.

Another reason is that they ARE being used elsewhere on something I rather much apreciate working on and manage. I will let you guess what that is.
