OK Dying of hunger a lot? Of course ya are! Now here is the food guide and it should give you a low down of some stuff...
Name:Hunger Points Refilled
Tree Seed: 1
Water:10
Potatoes:200 ( )
Mint Sprig: 100
Corn:??? (I havnt got a scyth yet X.x)
Bread:300
Bomy Skin: 1, it will also poison you...
Poisonous Potatoes: Will hurt you and maybe take Max Hp off
Mushroom: I think 25 or 50
Meat: Dunno never got it

Please fill in the ones I dont know if you do!

water onlys gives u 5 and leg (the thing shell bomy drops) only gives me 200

I think these are correct, from what I remember of eating them.

Potatoe - 200
Onion - 50
Mushroom - 50
Turkey Leg from Shell Bomies - 200
Corn Seeds - 5

Someone just recently told me where it was. I was looking on main island for a long time, but it's on starting island, not main.

Edit: If you cannot tell if a food is poisoness... right click it and check if its worth any money... if it is worth money... its not poisonous...

Water of the Wise - 6
Tree Seed - 1
Corn Seed - 3
Corn - 5?
Cake - 150?
Booze - 50?

Bomy drops:
Bomy Skin(found on bomys)(yuk!) - 1

Mushroom drops:
Mushroom(common ones) - 50-60 (varies)
Mushroom of Poison - 70

Shell bomy drops:
Food(Found on Shell Bomys) - 200

Battle Potato drops:
potato - 200
onion - 50
mandrake root(better off selling or donating to alchemist) - 15
potato of Poison - 210

Ice bomy drops:
Mint sprig - 5
