What exactly does it take to be a "good admin"?

I've yet to play with Staff toys. I offered to give the money back, but he didn't choose to take it. I've never edited my own attributes to give myself ****. Now, you've got no evidence to support your accusations, except this "****ing" stuff. The rules allow it.

why does a faq chief need warpto? wow id think they need it more then anyoen else...how bout a player on the opposite side of the map needs assistance, yer gonna spend 45 minutes walking to the guy? fuuuuuuck no, you warpto him. Plus hes a PW inspector.
