Well, these are not rip-offs of oasis characters, these are originals, though they do have similarities. They are about the same height to the oasis chars and probably have the same rgb values (due to using the graal rbg's for skin tones) and they are close to the same style, but still not quite...

Have you not noticed that graal classic characters are in the plain style also?
Besides, I like that style a lot, g2k1 is in a league of its own with its more realistic style and I'm not too much for that style...one of my goals with my pw is to maintain the classic graal style/zelda3 style...
