There's no point in a guild admin untill the GuildCP is fixed and that could take a while.

Not exactly, people are still creating guilds, if there won't be a new guild admin for months, the new guild admin would have to check hundreds of guilds right on the beginning :P Also someone should check for guilds with offensive names that already exist, in case people wanna report something.

But I think it's strange people are still making guilds even when the majority know that GuildCP is down and that their guild won't work untill it's fixed.

That's True. People still add them and if you didn't have a new guild admin you'd get major backlog.

I worked on 2k1 for quite some time without any powers whatsoever.

Actually, Tiki does need RC. Why make a whole new system for altering local tags when Tiki can just have rw to guilds?

And he doesn't need warpto, but that's what we call a premium for a job well done.

Think about it, people. If you were not Guild Admin, would you not have said something similar to what Tiki said? He's an ordinary person with his own life. That tag displays his job, not his personality.

It's kinda like when you all make a big deal out of something Stefan says. He could say something like "What is a <insert something here>?" and you people would put it in your signatures. It's as annoying as hell. I know I wouldn't want every RC log put into people's signatures just because they think it's funny.
