I'd rather not **** Serena's house. I'd be eligible for a Darwin under grounds of castrating myself in an exceedingly stupid manner.
But villas probably shouldn't be reset. Not like villa renting is a profitable business...a villa is basically a place to plop your money...should be unreset.
