I talked with Stefan yesterday about that and I told him others we waiting longer than we were so to take care of them first , some requested it long before we did.. But we will have it sometime before or by this weekend.....

Glory you know me and I am a fair person BUT under these circumstances I also would have reset the account , what he did was justified, and what the Staff member did given the chances he had was just plain wrong and he now has to pay the price of his misconduct....... it's that simple . You play .....you pay...

added thought: I would not have banned him unless he threaten the server in some way like hacking otherwise just resetting the account and firing him would be enough. Resetting because of the items gained thru RC which can be proved by RC logs.On Npulse adding items (unless it is the bomb or bow) is a firing offense and the RC logs are checked on a regular basis by the GP Chief.

i understand getting fired...even though it was a accident it was a stupid and "fireable" accident. but getting banned? which was NOT meant to be temp it was meant to be perma but the Co-Mangager (who has commen sense) talked to him about it...
and they had already taken my staff weapons...they told him this...he did it to be a jackass...

Yes I know you're fair...but god...he could of did all the quests and I know how annoying it is to do all the quests on npulse...over/.....and over....and over. Bah lol. =P

I believe most of you probably would disconnect the NPC server if you had the urge to do so if you wondered what would happen if you did it, but that's just my opinion.

Before rumors go around, Mykel's account is now banned once again. I pm'ed him and offered to meet him half way, saying that I would return his npc's and anything that got lost in the reset and I would apologize if he apologized to me for starting this whole thing. The conversation when on and on, and then I get off to restart my NC, and he masses this.

Now when I was talking to him, I let him know that massing out our conversations just to spite me was harassment, but right when I disconnected he says he will send it to the whole server, which is definately not right. He is banned until he apologizes for his actions, and will not be unbanned until that happens. I tried to make things right with him, however he is really just a trouble maker at heart and is looking for ways to get back at me instead of making things right and moving on, which I really would like to do, in the best interest of the server. So you heard the true story from me first, I post this to prove I did nothing wrong and to subdue rumors before they happen.

well...i am unbanned already...the co-manager has commen sense...this is not harassment this is maximus on a power trip.
if i had massed out our history thats one thing but i can share what i like in a personal e-mail and u have NO proof i even did...

What he is asking for is not unreasonable, just to aplogize for what you did? Seems to me a small price to pay to be "unbanned" and if you did what he says then I agree with his actions , massing out to the players for pity will do nothing but make you look foolish and childish , so try acting a little more mature and like someone who was trusted and mature enough to be Staff to start with.You only prove the point now why you should not be Staff....

If I had a co-owner going around undoing things that I did. Personally I would either take away some rights or fire him. Since he's basically going against the managers authority.

SP knows he is wrong...what would you do if your manager was doing something wrong? juss sit there? that shows the kind of person you are...SP is smart...he knows that what max did is wrong and is trying to make up for it...and i dont need to apoligize to max...juss because he is the server owner doesnt mean i will kiss his a$$...no way...i'm not like that...

SP is wrong for unbanning you when some one higher ranking banned you. What SP should have done was go to some one higher and report what is going on. By unbanning you he is going against the managers authority and has grounds for being fired from co-owner. Any intelligent owner wouldnt have a co-owner who sits there and does what ever he wants when the manager has made it clear what he wants. His job as co-manager is to listen to the manager even if he doesnt like it. If something wrong is going on he reports it to a higher up. Not take it upon himself to do what he thinks is right since it is just his opinion. From what I've seen so far you deserved to stay banned.

and if he does fire SP i can garrentee (i think i spelled it wrong) would go into chaos...we wubs SP...sp has almost if not as much right to do what he wants to benifit the server...he did what he thought and what was right...because he has balls and stands up for what he wants to he is bad? heh

First off Co Managers cannot fire each other , they have equal rights to the server , they would have to be removed by Graal Admin , if a Manager tried to "fire" a Co Manager who has just as much right to the server as he has , he himself would prolly be removed as Manager. Once again Guys Manager and Co Manager are EQUAL neither has power over the other...
