Ok...i made a big mistake on delteria...i am a *******...i realize this...we were messing with the NPC server...myself and MajiBOB and i went to hit admin message..adn hit D/C...(damn).
it was a accident and i deserved to get punished...
SP agent (co-manager) came on adn heard me out...and put me on temp suspension...he said everything wud be ok. then maximus (server owner) came on...and fired me...removed my RC and blacklisted me. I then said i saw no real reason to keep on this server unless SP was owner...because he said if it was up to him he would hire me back...then Mr. Mature Maximus did this:

Max-imus disconnects Mykel
Lady Bengal (Admin): ouch...
Max-imus loaded the local ban info of Mykel
Max-imus has set local ban info of player Mykel
Lady Bengal (Admin): double ouch....
Nefi: ouch....
Max-imus has reset the attributes of Mykel

my 290 hours gone along with my account on delteria...can he do this? Stefan...can u reply...i love deleteria..and a lot of peeps like me...(i think) and would like to continue playing it.

WTF, how come Delteria gets an NPCServer and N-Pulse doesn't, when N-Pulse is infinitly better then Delteria.

I do stuff like that all the time, only without shutting servers down... But you get the point. Pressing wrong buttons are common, and thus, no punishment. But next time, try to be more careful o_O

Hours don't go away when you are reset on a server.

Resetting his account was just wrong and corrupt. I am glad I do not play on your heap of crap server with your corrupt staff with RC. God. He shouldn't of even been fired it was a mistake and yes he was goofing off. So what. We all make mistakes don't we? We're only human we are not perfect to everyone stop your whinging about Mykel.

my mistakes never involved DCing NPCserver because I was goofing off and sending it admin messages. :rolleyes:

...... no PW with an NPC server should have more than 2 people with disconnecting rights...

I had been takin those rights away all day, but someone had come over and I had to get off then and when I was off is when he came on and accidently did it.

That;s why you should cut down on staffers.

Although this thread is completely unnecessary, (and should be in the Playerworlds Forum), I guess I do have to defend myself, and I will try to do it as professionally as possible although I'm sure I will be criticized anyway.

A few weeks ago, one of Delteria's Admins caught Mykel abusing his RC powers; Mykel was fooling around, giving people items, ap, etc. His RC was brought down to a level one, but we decided to give him another chance, since the majority of people do deserve a second chance. Today Delteria received an NPC Server, and everyone was happy because we all knew what a great accomplishment it was and how far we've come. Mykel then fools around once again, and disconnected the NPC Server. We gave him a second chance and he blew it, so I fired him. He comes on and I tell him that he was fired, and then he goes massing stuff about Delteria to all the players... I did not need this at the time because an ex-GP who abused power should not have the right to make the playerworld look bad, so I decided to temporarily ban him. And if I remember correctly, Nemesis said in the Playerworld Managers Forum.....

So that's why I reset him, and I also figured it would be good because he gave himself a lot of stuff with his RC that he would not have gotten as a normal player. So was I wrong to ban him? Perhaps... But if you waited months to get an NPC Server and then it gets sabatoged by a staff member who has already been warned for abusing powers, then insults the server when you fire him, you would be mad too. And for future reference, if people have a problem I definately prefer to talk to them one on one rather than all this immaturity in the forums, because that shows you are just trying to make the playerworld look bad instead of trying to get to the bottom of things professionally.

Well...resetting the account was NOT neccessary you could of easily went trhough the weapons,if you think you are a good manager, which I highly doubt. And no I do not think he should be banned it happens we're not perfect and I am sure you're not either

He wasnt going to temp-ban me...SP told him to unban because he knows whats rights and whats not...unlike max...and max did not reset to get rid of staff weapons he did it to be a smartass. teh Admin had already taken my staff stuff...and they told him it was wrong...but whatever...i still like delteria...minus teh owner...

I sure as hell wouldn't wanting someone working on my server who disconnects the NPC server. Maximus did the right thing. I think that is all I really need to say, having seen all the cards played.

Whatever all I know was if it happened to my server I wouldn;t of fired you and tell me this you couldn't of transferred all the god damn scripts in a dayof having it.

It's the principle of the matter. Why let some who is incompetent enough to mess with an NPC Server have power? True, they may not have set it up on THIS particular day, but what if it were on a day that their NPC server was running their NPCs? As for him getting reset, I don't think that is such a crime, either. If he was staff there than I highly assume that getting the regular items back won't be a tedious chore; (unless he sat on RC all the time and dosen't know jack about the server.) The only thing it'll cost him is time; at that, it should be the least of his concerns.

I think maximus or whatever did the right thing, but this is ONLY if it was the second time he stuffed up, Had the NPCserver been used it would have cause huge problems for the server.

Even though I don't player there and I never intend on doing so cause I can't stand the people that play there. Just putting in my $32...

I agree with you, you did the right thing. People that "fool around" should not be on RC.

Idiots shouldnt be messing with the NPCServer in the first place. It's his own damn fault. Just one question comes to mind. Why would a lvl 1 RC have disconnect?

Firing you was right, resetting your account and banning you was wrong....The resetting of accounts when banned applies to trial accounts because it is hard to get them to stick in ban, not to p2p accounts.

The level 1 RC was for his first mistake. He had his RC rights put up on his second chance.

Hahaha Max-imus is an idiot for that. You can't ban a player because they were fired. Mykel just go tell Nem and he will fix it. Trust me, max just did a stupid move. Something like this happened on SL. A staff member was banned/fired. Nem came on and told us that we couldn't do that just because he was fired.

Anyways he just made a mistake. Not a reason to ban him.....:rolleyes:

Well, We don't see Loriel or Fal banned on Graal2001, now do we? Even though Loriel doesn't play anymore. They both liked to mess around with the npc server, yet they never got banned, and Graal2001 is "supposed" to have the most mature staff of all the servers. Firing him, mabey, but banning and reseting, thats kerin-style punishment x.x (For thoses newbies that never knew Kerin, he used to hang around with Owl Shimmy and used to own Mithica, 3 years ago).
