You obviously don't know anything about what's going on. The staffs do have to be from the same server. Just not in the same department, for example, a FAQ can spar with a GP as long as they work on the same server.

I think that we hold it like in Rudora or somewhere like it, which doesn't have much publicity. OK, UN sponsered it, but then it would reduce all lag. Have everyone with 10 hearts, lvl 2 sword and lvl 3 shield. That way it takes 10 hits to kill the person.

I think its a good idea to have it somewhere like rudora, or a low lag place like that becuz i imagine that the server will also have a large up in numbers and lag just from the event. I imagine about 20 more people just from competitors, then maybe another 25 or 30 that are there to watch it, plus this is in a peak hour at UN so the regular say 90 or 100 players on...that makes about 150 players on...and thats gonna be some tremendous lag.

I thought we said at the beginning we could be from different servers....my partner is from my server but none the less, i thought thats what it said...somebody clear this up as its obviously important to some teams

Well, when he originally posted the information about it to the Unholy Nation RCs he said they had to work on the same server. I just talked to him though so I guess he changed his mind. Heh, I better know what's going on or this event is in some trouble O.o
It doesn't matter though, because Yak and I are going to own this thing.

it is bad to hold it on rudora because it means there staff has to organise it. i think u.n will be fine, people form europe will run good on u.n though, for some reason, although i thought the server moved toamerica, it still seems fast for european players such as myself in my various tests, but anyway. ill hold it on u.n as i sorta know whats going on,i can create tags for the teams that are submitted, we have a private spar room made, i think it iwll run fine. im sticking with saturday, 3pm EST time, 4 pm CMT and 9pm GMT for unitied kingdom :-D on unholynation player world, perhaps we will break our server record for players. 191 is the score to beat ^_^ if you dont turn up on time, you will be eliminated after 5 minutes of waiting ^_^ see u guys then (someone sticky this perhaps as it is a reasonably popular and big event? )

I live in England and I lag super bad on ONLY UN G2001 and 2k2 :-\ We will have to see and ima ask Moonie if i can be her Partner in the spar thingy lol.

BTW we Better get tags so we dont hit eachother like (N-Pulse)

I'm in favor of it being hosted on N-Pulse. I lag bad on UN. Like every second my comp lags on there so I can't swing when that happends and everyone else freezes. I havn't been on N-Pulse that much but I'm sure I don't lag there.

well i dont get why some people lag there, i cant se it working on any other servers as the staff that are organising it (myself and soul ) will not have an rc to do certain things on other servers ( eg warp players at right times, make the tags etc )

All I am going to say in retort to that is that one level I could make would blow your server away. Your server levels aren't that great. The only reason you still have players is because you have around 14 Hearts and people enjoy PKing on that hell hole.

UN's day/night system is causing the lag. It's randomly changing backpals.

I looked at all the playerworlds and figured that the tourney should be done on one of these playerworlds. Maloria, N-Pulse, Classic, Doomsday.

I think it would be best if there was a vote on where it should be.

Well Doomsday rarely lags even when we reach high player numbers, as we were in the 50's the other day and still there was no trace of lag. Im sure we would be happy to host it although you would hafta speak to Av (Noob3j1n) the manager/owner. So my votes for DD.

Ok then try this compromise....If UN is laggy for alot of the players taking part have a alternate PW to go to ALREADY setup and ready to go in the event that it has to be moved to it. And I think all PWs involved should have made tags already made for those taking part , incase it is moved. But decide now not later which PW or PWs will be the alternates DON"T wait till the day of the Tourney or it will become a disaster.... If you guys want Npulse to be a alternate then make sure Moonie has a list of the players and who they represent so the tags will be ready, I would suggest UN and whoever the alternate PWs are do this too... This is just my thoughts on it , so you guys be the judge and let everyone know what you think and get ALL who are going to be in it; to post, everyones voice is needed on this...

You guys should have a playerworld contest event for representing. Whoever 2 player wins in a spar tourny, gets to represent. That way shows whos better at sparring :P
