Listen.. First you need to Plan it all out, don't worry about anything else right now just focus on your main goals and write them down. Then You ask around, I know there are many other talented scriptors out there you just need to go through the trouble and find them. Now If you really wanted I could help you find a few people I know are fluent in Client Side Scripting..
Hell maybe even if you show Kai your plans and he likes them.. He may even try and help out. Kai is a reasonable person as of what I see him as
Anyway take this into Consideration.. Graal will go down the Shitter if the only Really active Staff member decides to leave (As if it isn't already)
