Exactly what I was planning. THere will be a forum section for owners only to place all their ideas and I will personally deal with them.

All their concerns, problems will all go to me, then I will get them executed. If I cannot, I will try and thats what matters. Trying to execute what they need. Rather than saying no.

I mean sensoring it is just as bad as saying it. But I mean if you do own your playerworld. Some of you people need to stop looking in the past, and look towards the future of graal, obviously changes need to be made, and Unixmad and Stefan are doing that.

i myself know nemesis is going to do a good job.

he work for me as GM, so I know how well he can manage things

i think that a forum for owners is a good way for pw owners to sort problems privately, discover new ideas, and also maybe find out if some owners are actualy cut out to be owner or not.

Well the forum will be for the owners to get to know one another and share ideas. Also be able to converse with me, possibly stefan and unixmad a lot easier.

We'll see what happens in the future. But lets strive for a better graal, then again some do not like the change. It's understandable

I think this will work out, but Nemesis shouldn't get involved with the playerworld's business unless the owner or a high admin comes to him with a problem or asking for help, aside from maybe an occasional check-up on a server.

maybe if the graal administration got involved more, less problems would occour, and pw's would run smoother.

I still think Nemesis should make occasional checks, and aside from that stay out of their business for the most part. If they're fighting or having problems, then the MATURE playerworlds will come and ask for his help. Thats nice, do you have anything to say that actualy has a point? or do you just spend all your time saying how much "Grawl Sux" and all the staff are "C0rrupt" instead of actualy working to improve it.

Try offerring an alternitive if you don't agree with whats being done, but first, I'd give it a chance, and see how it works out.

I do occasional checks. I have before. I will into the future.

You are right. I will not invade their playerworld. Just give helpful tips, and offer that I am here to help if they need help. Thus most people will ask for help knowing I will do everything in my power to make a wrong, right. Can't always do it, but then again no harm in trying to do so.

I know most of the situations may not go the way the person wants but not everything goes a certain way. So I just hope everyone can understand that aspect of my job.

Nemesis now has the job I wanted a while ago (before my banning) and everyone got confused and went all psycho on me because they thought I was taking over the other PW Administration... my job was going to be exactly the same except I wouldn't be managing the other team which reviews new PWs and they could be left alone to thier own business.

Nemesis do you have any NPC Server scripting or graphic design experience?

Ok no. I know how to manage staff. I know how to develope a PW. I don't need some guy telling me what I already know and probably know far better then him, and I would be very pissed once Murasamune got up if he pulled anything. Thats all I have to say.

Management is not scripting nor fixing their bugs, or fixing their graphics. I do nothing of the sort. Can I make graphics, yes I can do i? no I do not.

The reason is my job is not to help servers in that aspect. That is for the owners to hire their own people to take care of that. My job is to make sure they follow the rules and get the help they require. Also settling any disputes or problems within the server or that a player will cause.

It goes into that but I will have another description later. Right now I'm setting up the Inspectors lead by Psyker who will do a fantastic job no doubt, and I have faith in him =D

Other than that GodSpeed that wasn't the only reason you didn't get the job it went deeper than that I heard.

Your opinion does matter. But completely being narrowminded to the new graalian rulings is basically making yourself ignorant.

Remember graal puts up your playerworld. Once it goes up, you must follow the rules placed there. You do not have to like them, but then again they work to your advantage if you embrace them and do not keep a narrowmind. I never once said I would tell an owner what to do. Maybe you do know what you are doing.

But since you are not willing to accept help, how can I be so sure you can run things by yourself if your mind isn't level to creating a great playerworld? hmm?

I don't need help in an area I've spent 3 years progressing at a rapid rate in. I will find people to help me, and I will probably come to you when I need to contact Stefan or Unixmad, but thats it.

I agree. But see I'm not here to tell you what to do, or make you do what you don't want to. But if it's a rule , you must follow. Thats all. I will with the people who helped me, but as I tell everyone asking to be staff, only those who help can directly effect developement, and enforce rules.

We sit here for months, reviewing playerworlds and the sort, progress a little, don't get the tools that we need, and YOU do. You just walk in and take things over. If Crono had the things you did, he probably would've thought better of himself. He was great, and he was easy to get a hold of. You're just like a mouse running from a cat when people try to ask you questions.

I don't care how many people you've "helped," you've done it because you had the tools that we did not get when we asked for them.
