Desert Tiles for Babylon

Well now that we can use more scripting commands, I have decided to expand Eastern Babylon into a vast desert. I had been wanting to do this for a while (for the Evil Empire har har).

I plan on having 2 house styles at least, 1 for little poor villages and 1 for a bigger city/temple style. Im not nearly done, however, as I need to do alot more for just the average desert, some more ground tiles for villages, and some misc. objects that just makes levels more fun, lol.

The fruits of my labors from some of last night and the majority of today is attatched below. Comments and suggestions are always welcome. This style will be used for the little poor villages, heh.

Too many things resemble nw to you, we havent seen anything from them another then a couple of ss that were dark. You post is also useless, you say its too much like nw but then its not too much like nw's tiles.

Its very nice, can't wait to see some more.

[edit] I just have one suggestion after looking at it again, make more desert ground tiles its repeats itself to much . [/edit]

Very nice, looks great.

The desert is probably my favourite environment to draw. You made it look quite good.

Wonderful, but a suggestion, if its the poor part of town, add more crack tiles, i see you have one, the window would probably be cracked, and have a rag or something as a blind. It blows alot in the desert, alot of sand storms, so you would need some sort of door, probably just a cloth cover.

Yah I thought about the door thing, I figured it'd make more sense to just make a image for that. If i made it in the tileset then I couldnt make it disappear when you touch it.

I guess you're right, make it like, attached to 3 points on the door frame (the cloth i mean) so almost like this:
_
|/

Then like, set the alpha down a bit, and make it dontblock, but not drawoverplayer or drawunderplayer... that would be cool.
