Company managed would just be server ideas started by the company, then created by the players.
With this in mind, the newer PWs coming out could become Graal Gold, but if they did I would expect they should get high priority in things such as improvements, and there needs.

Not trying to accuse you or anything, but you make it seem like your PW is deserving of having the p2p status :/
Stefan should change if from 'Classic' Servers to something Private Servers, Non-Comp. Servers, or simply just Player Servers...but Classic is in there and it is a company managed server in a way
