Um, one problem. THe kingdom leader would have too much on his hands to handle being on the council as well.

Sooo, I suggest the kingdoms select two people, like scribes, for the council, who would report back to them, rather than having the kingdom leader themselves on it.

so, I suggest something like:

<kingdom scribe or other>

<kingdom scribe or other>

So yeah. I'm suggesting myself, because I think that I would be a good choice for it.
