I wanna upgrade my OTHER account VIA phone....But I dont know the number...anyone know what it is and/or where to get it?!

Stefan already said that you pay by staying connected, you stay connected until the call has cost you enough to pay for the account upgrade.

You don't pay more because the call is expensive.

I upgraded my BrandonVM account with it, it costs $8 a month and it is only for the classic servers.

**EDIT** It only took about 3 minutes, although I am assuming $8 a month for the classic servers is an error. (I could be wrong, don't quote me on that.)

It's not about how long it takes. It's about getting a specific amount of money via your phone connection.
