Talking I figured it out!
I am so proud. I finally figured out exactly what gif2img does. If you drag a one frame gif it makes it png and if you make an animated gif it makes it .mng! Isnt that amazing?

gif2mng makes pngs that have all the requirements to be shown in graal. I tried making pngs regular in photoshop 6 and it didnt work too well in graal. dont knock the awsome power of the gif2mng.exe! ALL HAIL GIF TO MNG

Photoshop si better... But ya, when i save in PNG in photoshop it dun werky
