I have at least one suspect which is Agelaos. Although I have nothing else indicating he is responsible for this, but I do have logs of him logging into my PW:

Agelaos is logged in from 217.82.87.195

Agelaos has updated the server options

RC Agelaos disconnected.
Though why he has RC, I will never know...he's showed up in my logs several times before, so I do not know what kind of relationship he has that grants him global access :/ |
