Removing the NPC server and everything that uses it is the worst idea I've ever heard in my life. There is no reason to ruin a server, and that would ruin it.

I was sort of hoping Kingdoms will have their own laws...of course Pirate Island is lawless >=)

Pretty much its better to allow Kingdoms to have their own set of laws set forth by the ruler
