ok the way it goes it when you post your hp goes up because your postes per day go up and your mp i think is how long youve had your forums account and your exp goes up every post by 1% and when you get to 100% it gives you more hp

HP is based on level and posting frequency.

MP is based on your member ID. (For example, if your member ID was 34, you were the 34th person to sign up.)

EXP is based on how many posts you have.

Level is based on EXP.
