This reset is not needed money is not why newbies to the game arent having fun its because there arent quests we have like 3 if there were more, people wouldnt make money out to be such a big deal. And you say classic has made it through resets and people still go back, well theres about 20 quests there and classics been around a long time and people are just used to it. If you reset people will loose everything from money to bomys and no matter what anyone says people will quit. All of staff such as bird bird is making graal out to be about money graal was made to fight baddies and earn weapons. Its my feeling that the server should not be reset its not a problem about the highness of the money its do to a lack of updates.
Dont punish everyone for working hard and making money reward them with new things to do.

ok i change my last choice i have relized people have hacked dolls and bogens i think they should just reset everything the day before the dolls came out it would be so much better

You do this and I can garentee that you'll lose more then 60% of people ever PAYING you people. Graal will become a wasteland of people who have played graal for a day.

You dont have to reset a whole server to fix one little thing...
I've worked pretty much my whole graal life.. for the hat I have on my head... So therefore I refuse to support this cause. It's the ***est topic to ask if we want an account reset because it is a NO. The people who want account resets are people who have been scammed because they were stupid enough to buy an apple for all of their money. They are the people who were high in the money and quickly went down while everyone else went up. They want to restart because they want to be at the top. Or atleast close to it.

My hat is a small item but It is who I am... I worked for 2 months striaght when there were no pies... I farmed. 2 non-stop months of work to get one single hat. The hats I have are rare and one of a kind and I was LUCKY to find them. If a reset comes then I will lose my hat, my look, everything.

I'm not trying to be a god figure who wants to go out in a bang... but if this happens I -WILL- quit Graal and refuse to pay you any longer.

I have an idea, we can just leave everything the way it is and watch graal progress, right now i dont think graal is at a stage where it needs to be completely reset, or partially reset. theres nothing wrong with the way graal is now, all a newbie has to do is find a few oldbie friends that can help with money probs and thats all....

It will affect you more if the hackers kept on hacking.
In your earlier post you said all you cared about was your one hat. Well if they did reset the server, you would be able to get that hat. The only problem is it wouldn't be unique -.-

But, I believe that some thigns should be changed
Hats should be free (NO limit, and an unlimited amount of hats)
and the "put hats on other people" should come back. (because it provided fun)

No way, I worked so hard for what I have. My house, my money, my hats, and my bomy. Maybe a reset of something small...hmm maybe reset gralet and hats, but house owners and bomy owners should keep those. Im up for the hat reset and POSSIBLY, gralet reset though.

The reset might now be a reality, because of hackers that exploite bugs and find ways to duplicate and rewin the server, and becacuse of the way that people scam and how people care more about the gralat than anything else. About the people who work hard for thier things, have 100's of hours in the game. What does it lead up to if your gralats just become worthless and there are somany of each item that they are practicly worthless.

I personaly think it would be best, sort of like a parent telling you to go to bed at the right time. It is best but it doesn't mean you like it...

I'm still debating this, but its seriously getting out of hand, and I really don't think you people would be complaining about two weeks after the reset if there was one.

I must think some more.

I think when everyone restarts, they start with a bomy of a designated type, which would be one of the types that has like 10 different colours.

Cant you just go back a few weeks like you did last time something went wrong o.o? Even if you reset it, there will still be hackers.

IF you do reset it (you metter not >.<) I think you should make hats more like instruments. There are infinate numbers, but you still need to buy them. That way you will still have a reason to collect money, but you wouldn't need to spend so much time pressing D over and over.

More ideas-
Do quests to get bomys.
You start out with 1 random bomy from a certain set.
If you do a quest and get another bomy, then it's just for looks, so you end up with the bomy you want.
And doing quests for hats would be nice too
maybe you could replace the hearts in the quests with bomys/hats?

I was thinking quests for gralats, or rare hats or bomy items.

Bird bird no offense but what your saying is of your point of view, youve been staff for such a time that youve forgotten what it is to work this reset wont affect you the bit but for us normal users its just wrong i like being able to know that if i log onto graal my money will be there, I dont want to be worried every time i log on that youve choosen to reset everyones acct.

No you judge me wrong, I look at this situation though many many many eyes trust me, I know how hard it is to get gralats, and the market outweighs the gralat production. If things were reset than gralats would be monitored again, as well as would items (so duping and hacking can't happen) and such.

Yes, see right now graal serves the rich, and screws the poor people
things cost too much to work for, but if you end up with the right item (a doll, for instance) you can then buy everything else that's worth alot and sell it!
So it's a loop
Rich stay rich, poor stay poor
becayse once you get 1k, why buy a doll? You can't sell it for more

If there were to be a reset, just make the hats free again. Do it like it was in the old days. You walk into a shop, say the hat name and it's yours. Obviously if people are so concerned about hats then just make them free. Remember, Graal 2001 IS supposed to be fun

Time for Mister Dark Cloud to repeat himself since Birdbird has an idea and refuses to see it die.

If you reset the server is as, you'll just be attacking the surface of the problems, which is money. Eventually all these things will grow back much like a weed grows back. Therefore you must destroy the root of the problem, THE BAD ECONOMY. Get rid of the damn hat selling business, make it between huamn and NPC and get rid of the ability to sell them, they were never made for this. Get rid of the dolls, whoever made these is a *****, it's just making the rich richer and the poor poorer. Make some quests, no they don't last for 2 hours, they are there for the newbies to go through as well and I still to this day see people go through quests. Make every job more fun for less profit somehow, the diamond axe gave too much profit to miners, as well as apple baking gave too much to the farmers.
Reduce the profit from pies.
Make the diamond axe deteriorate, not break, but deteriorate and be less useful until you pay to have it fixed.
Give snow cone making to the bomies and reduce the price a little.
Make fishing a bit more fun and the job as well, make them use skill and get more randomness to it.

Fix the economy first, then worry about reseting, or the problem will return in a couple months.

The people have spoken Birdbird, if you are giving them a reset, you had better damn well make it worth their while.
