'Illegal' Account

I was on my RC in delteria and I noticed there was a Frolic_Owner3 who was using trainers and other things. I asked on of my friends who works on Frolic and he said that there isn't a Frolic_Owner3, shouldn't this account be deleted to prevent further accustion? Also shouldn't playerworld names be put into the badword list for the account registration to prevent further confusion as well?

Jagen's got a point, playerworld names should be put on the badword list and also just to let you all know, the person using the fake account (Frolic_Owner3) is osrs.
