Who will be moderator?

I dont play g2k1 but i read the forums, do you guys have
a RP Admin that can be Moderator?

The admins will moderate this forum while each person that started a kingdom will mod their own forum.

Isn't Ghost Pirate the RP Admin or something? It would fit his job to be admin for these forums, and perhaps have the appropriate kingdom leaders as moderators for their personal forums.
