I dont think you are allowed to make recolors and turn them in as your own work and have them put up.. If I knew we were allowed I would of recolored half the total hats by now

i'll ask around because i think someone like spekkio recolored one of the gangsters to white and submitted it.
I know spekkio made three or four hats, three of them got online.

You aren't allowed to make recolors of Bomys or heads. I don't know if that rule applies to hats, but I think it should if it doesn't.
