Hey, Im an Events Team, I need RC cuz i wanna. give myself gralats so i can um *cough* steal *cough* im mean um hold events.

the reasons for the events admin having rc were presented to me like this:
Contego: Talk to admins easier.
Loriel: Help manage things.

I, apparently, seem to not need these things.
