You know wat ive upgraded my account twice wrote eamils to stephen and i still cant play online this is getting bad.

Because you can just as easily PM stefan when he is online, or wait for him to respond to your email. He has LOTS of emails to read, and not lots of time, so be patient like the rest of graal.
