1: there is a built in flag for that:
nopkzone the player is in a level where you can’t hurt other players
(Listed in built in flag section of commands.rtf)

2: i think it is needed as well.

I think isnopk would be the equivelent for isplayerkilling but I have never got it to work offline =/

yeah tyhm, there are normally predefined flags for the commands in graal. Ive noticed that

For the rest of the commands, you can subsitute values and variables (like message codes )
