if you're a level builder and you build levels and actually do your job, you would get to keep your Level Builder tag. now, if stefan or someone could script a system that logged how long you were on the tag and it multiplied the time the tag was worn for by a percentage of however valuable you were to the g2k1 staff in a value of gralat, so...
Muroshi (Auctioneer) logged for 1 hour [1 hr/30g]
auctioneer is a pretty low and not too tedious staff job, so you wouldn't be paid that much. lets say 30g an hour? grr, i know it's a bit confusing. just try your best to understand =P
if you stayed on the tag for an hour or more, then you'd have the amount of hours converted to your earned wages. think of it as clocking in and out of work
of course the higher staff jobs wouldn't be paid or maybe they could. but the tedious jobs such as coding npc scripts, building levels, and making graphics should require paying the player a few gralats. the coordinator of each department could specify the worst of their staff to someone who manages the staff system that issues out the payments. it's just an idea, feel free to critisize(sp?) or add your own ideas
