Alrighty. I got ET Admin back because I got my interest back. Heres the app to get in. There were many stupid things in the last one so I redid it completely. I also got a complete events team tag swipe so that I can start from scratch and build it back. I have no asst admin because I believe theyre stupid. DragonX helps me but I dont call him my asst. I added a few back that I could remember but post here if you were an et before and I will tell you if I thought you were good.

Heres the application for newcomers..

1) Whats your accountname/nickname?

2) How many hours do you have on graal2001?

3) What is your current gralet total?

4) Why do you want to be a part of the events team?

5) In an estimate, how much time do you spend on graal a day?

6) Are you willing to use your OWN gralet on events?

7) Tell me all the commands for starting a cs event. Also give me all the commands in the egg laying event place.

8) What do you think the et stands for?

At least let DragonX have his Asst (Events Admin) tag, he could've completely deleted you from the Events Team but NO, he had to be nice and give it to you. Then you show your WONDERFUL gratitude and fire him, how so very nice

You're right in saying that it causes rivalry but I still don't think it was right just to flat out fire DragonX after he just rehired you

You know what was funny? I was joking that Dragon would last one week as ET admin (because we have had lots in the last while) but it seems as if my joke was reality

I read through about 2 apps. I got a few good ones. Infamy, Spi, and Lord Helmut were my favorites. Basically if you didint get "I will keep you on notice. We got some good apps." Your in good shape. If you got "pm me on graal" do so and we can talk.

Even if ther eis no assistant admin, you should still have someone in line to take over your spot for any reason that you should leave. And dont put some new ET there, there are a few of us (Matt, I, DragonX too) who have been ET's for at least 4 months+. Get someone who deserves it and can do the job when you leave.
