Whats the kingdom website and what are the requirements to start a kingdom guild?

To get a kingdom, you:

A) Must be a very good roleplayer, and have participated in several RPing events.

B) Have the levels to a castle/hideout/whatever all ready and working.

C) Get at least 20 people who are GOOD RPers and are online a good portion of the day.
