Basicly the encrypted passwords were spoofed, so
the hackers can do brute force (trying all possible
passwords, encrypt it and check if it equals) which
only helps for simple passwords.
We do backups of the accounts often so in case
players accounts are hacked by that way we can restore
it, sorry for those problems, it's not happening often,
it's quite impossible to 100% protect a computer system
especially when there is a big group of hackers
trying to hack/crash everying 24/7. The servers and
website are quite secure but with the new website
there were a lot of new things and scripts uploaded.
We don't know anything about the credit card numbers,
only the bank knows them, so we cannot store them
and so we cannot give them out.
