take a look at some of the staff these projects have
NW - Kyle he can do everything gfxs, npcs, lvls he could make NW himself (it would just take him a really long time)
G2K1 - dunno anyone but Krakken and Godspeed but those 2 are very good with gfxs, NPCs and lvls
so stefan isnt needed as much

It'll be out in February; at least, that's the proposed date, and I know for a fact that the project is moving along very smoothly.

i hope 2002 wont get delayed like NW did. With all the positive mood from all the people in this thread about 2002, i'm sure there will be a lot of people leaving if it's not up to their expectations

this is what i could imagine some ubergreat levels to be:

one level,is a futuristic setting,like FF8,im guessing each level could have a custom tileset,i.e. a special tileset editor,or something similar,the level would load like a webgif or something.
one level,is a desert.
one level,is an actual forest,with very high trees,etc
one level,is mountains,you can see the sky in the background as you climb it
one level,is a gigantic tower(actually im working on this) and you get a treasure at the top

the possibilities could go on and on,and to think each level(desert,forest,etc) would be about 1/4 or 1/3 as big as 2k1 :O

There is a jet black version too, and it is a great, great system.

Gamecube is powerful, I like it's size, I like the games for it, and I bet there will be ALOT more 3rd party support than the N64.
