and there arnt any FAQs on graal now either so why not ask on the fourms

no they are perfectly capible
but how many times have you seen polices going mad because someones asked them a question?
They often take little temper tantrums saying "Im a police im not supposed to answer your questions im supposed to look for hackers and scammers" (or something a long those lines)
and lots of people have mass msgs turned off

While I was on duty as FAQ, players did asked me for maaany things... They asked me questions of course, they asked me to help them with things personally(how to do certain G2K1 jobs, things of that sort), and then some asked me to watch trades.
I told them that they should get a Police to watch the trades, because if something were to happen, I would not be able to stop the person from stealing the item. They told me that the Police were either busy, or they didn't want to watch the trade...(this does not mean all police are going to be lazy).

Asking the players.. Yes, they can ask other players. Do you think the majority of hte Graal community is that nice? The majority of the Graal community would use that player for their own entertainment; wether it be PKing, scamming, etc.

The majority of the graal community (Classic) is rather nice, actually. I had alot of help from people that were mean to people through toalls. He could've simply asked through toall. I see alot of people answering questions there.

Yep. We're not able to answer any kind of questions at all. We're useless since we don't demand scammers give back money just because someone claims they have been scammed, and have no proof.

i think police do a decent job but they could do it much better
i once asked a police member to come and watch a trade of a hat i was doing (before market came out)
and they seemed pretty annoyed with me when i asked them to watch the trade
