I personnally think that sometimes staff members ignore any complaints against ithemselves and that is why we always need to post about it on the board... so everyone knows about the injustice since the admins are unwilling to check themselves(doesn't mention any names)

I'll address several posts, just to count down on the number of posts in the topic:
I wanted to see how well the thread would go over before I went into detail over everything. These were just some ideas I had and wanted to put into words. Those ideas are not polished, nor tweaked nor anything else. They are simply a rough draft, you might say. I would gladly go back and polish all the things up nice and neatly and put in exceptions and such if you'd perfer me to.
The corruption threads are needed sometimes I agree, but they are slowly getting out of hand. Even with the threads being psoted, most of the time it makes no difference. Remember the whole Fire Peach thing? I don't recall it working, though granted it wasn't exactly about the same kind of thing some of the corruption threads are about.

The adminship on the forums is both wanted/needed for different reasons.
Reasons for wanting:
- I want to have the power to try and fix the forums up. What I posted would not exactly be what I would do. As I said, the whole thing is basicly just a rough draft. Running a message board is not a sole, one-man job; you listen to the users of the message board, and you listen to your mods. Going off and doing everything the second it comes into your head will only make your message board fail, in the end.
Reasons for needing:
- Adminship is needed to have access to the AdminCP, where changes and other things can be done so correct the errors of the PHP coding, and to make sure the ModCP works completely, among other things.
