Ideas for roleplaying

I believe that the roleplaying kingdoms should have certain safeguards against PKs.
Here are some ideas I had.
No one with an AP under 40 allowed inside the kingdoms
Make every level inside no-pk zones.

If people can't kill then there will be no roleplaying kills.
Roleplaying doesn't need a bunch of rules, it needs a bunch of good players. A good roleplaying system governs itself- the players can tell what belongs and doesn't.

Well, there are always going to be people who screw up the game intentionally.
Maybe if it only let people with a tag like "Medieval" into it, or what not.

Okay i believe Pkers are more like ogres from now on i will refer to them as ogres.

Every kingdom will have a gate and a gatekeeper will be needed to let people in and out well if an ogre gets in it will be the guards and knights job to get the ogre out and such.
