yesplz, I still don't see what join has to do with an npcserver, and editing the weps database would own too

i have wanted to be able to edit the npc databass for SO long. PLEASE allow us to do this. PLEASE PLEASE we have some old weapons such as LAT boots that were uploaded and i want to bet rid of them forever ;X
