We need a new system of Police

this is mainly towards stefan, but im sure everyone has been subject to a injustice with the police...the police are independable, they never help you when you need them and when they decide to reply to your PM it is to late...then when you do some little thing like plant in someones land they jail you for an hour....they only seem to help people they know, and i even saw 1 of them using speed hack.

We need a more efficient and dependable Police...dont even use people on graal...you should use NPCs that record how many times you swear, PK the same person, or anything else....anything can be done with script, and i know this can be doen and it needs to be done because other players arent using their police abilities the way they are supposed to....and most of us are sick of it and we want, and expect something done.

If you were subject to an injustice...post it here...then maybe stefan will realize that he does in fact need a new system.

Dude, it is hard being Police, if you jail someone you are going to be trashed for it, and if you don't everyone will trash you for it.
I try to do what I think is fair.

Dark Man, I wasn't f---ing hacking. I lagged out. If you don't believe me, fine. That just makes you the corrupt one. I admit to swearing. But I refuse to let myself be jailed for speed hacking, if it was a crime I did not commit.

Ok... if I were in the "Police", I'd first try to shut the whole system down. It's completely pointless, and if you ever decide to read that other thread I started about the police, you'd see my whole opinion ... But if I'm not able to shut it down, I'd clearly state to everyone that I won't jail anyone based solely on what I see, and if you want someone jailed, you'd PM me first. If someone complains to me about someone else's actions, and I see that that player is clearly sucking all the fun out of the other player's game, I'll jail him.

Beowulf, you should know not to attack a player in jail, especialy when they are defensless. I told you not to attack the player and you continued to do so, then began swearing. All of which you did infront of my face.
That is setting a bad example for other players, who look up to you as a police. I am dissapointed in your actions:-(

Until then I am declaring it illegal, punishable by 30 minutes in jail, everytime you are caught using it.

hey, servers dont care if they are trashed and it would be easy to program the server to take care of cheaters.. duh..

i mean you are thinking Gscript wise, that is NOTHING compared to what the server can do, in actuality, programming the server would be about 500 billion % more effective than hiring "police"

And I don't think the NPC's can do a speedhack check, well humans can't do that too reliably either, but humans at least can't be hacked. Or well yes they can be hacked but you can't change how they think or check.

Police cause problems. If someone is doing bad things, a person with RC should just warp them to a black level with pms/toalls/unstick me disabled.
