Gosh guys, read that

Did I say anything about not debating about the ET admin position? no, just not individual people, so lay of individual people when you are making a thread, "THIS PERSON DID BAD THING WE MUST YELL AND CALL NAMES" debate about the position, how it should be done, and let the person with that current position argue his/her side of the story, because you cannot get the whole story from jut scaterd loggs here and there with only 3 people complaining, so guys, quit singaling out the person, and argue about somthing other than that person. Argue about how the job should be done so that person can improve on his/her job, because threads like the ones deleted and modofyed are not permited and do nothing to help the situtuation, but rather provoke further conflinc.
