YAY i woulda posted this on the guild forum but not many people read that forum.

I finally got the guildcode.

So basically if you wanna be in it 3 positions are open maybe 5 depends whether we want 7 or 9 members it must be an odd number and 11 is way too many. send me a PM saying WHY you should have the position I've heard a lot of people show interest saying they want in but why are you the best suited for the position? I will be taking applications for this until wednesday night or thursday cuz i want to get this thing going =)

I'd like to know what Roleplayers INC does.

I said this in an earlier post but here it goes.

Roleplayers INC will consist of 7 or 9 people who have almost total say of what goes on in the Roleplaying world. We decide when events are going to be what they are and what the prize is if there is one. If one king wants to quit we devise a plot so he can be overthrown and a new king comes and takes his place.

We also make sure that EVERYONE who wants to roleplay is roleplaying. For example if some general from the water kingdom is like HEY WUZ UP MOFO I AM GONNA KICK UR ASS I AM UBER LEET SPARRER we take away his water kingdom tag so that he can't get into the roleplaying areas.

Also if someone wants to roleplay but sorta sux at it we teach them how to roleplay and such.

Well thats the jist of it.

Also when i said water kingdom tag this is what i have planned.

There will be 4 main roleplaying areas the kingdoms and the underground resistance movement. You won't be able to enter any of those areas without a kingdom tag. So if we don't like how you're "roleplaying" we can just take away your tag. Since the kings and the head of the underground area are in Roleplayers INC already.

To say that Roleplayers INC has total say over roleplaying much too far reaching, and you'll experience a backlash in public sentiment. I'll have nothing to do with it myself if you intend to dominate roleplaying like that, it's not fair!

When did i say i have total say? Also i love being a democracy that's how i ran SL and it was a good guild for a while. You see we won't just come up with events we will help organize players' ideas for events. But this can't be a total democracy because what if someone like Ice pick got a bunch of friends together to say that they wanted him king. Of course that would never happen we would make sure that wouldn't happen. As i said we have ALMOST total say of what goes on because we will be the ones organizing everything and if someone says that when they talk like " IM GONNA KILL YOU MOFO CUZ I ROXOR AT RPING AND I ROXOR AT SPARRING AND I WILL RAPE YOU TONIGHT" that is roleplaying we'll just kick their teeth in.

"Roleplayers INC will be an organization group dedicated to the improvement of the Graal roleplaying experience, and administering that experience to the players."

No statement of power, only of purpose. To say it has "almost total control" is totalitarian and negative, to say you only want to serve is open ended and positive.

Sure, but i wanted to state that we had almost total control or people wouldn't take us seriously. I mean i can see it now

If roleplaying is a private enterprise, than there is no argument for the Roleplaying group abusing power because they do not deny any guaranteed services.

But if they suggest influence or power the same thing will happen as what happened to the police- everyone will accuse "R-INC" of abuse. I won't get tangled up into a political game like that... I prefer general peace, even at the cost of roleplaying.

Nah we will have 0 power the only power we have is over guildcodes that's about it. Also i don't see how that can be abused since only the kings and vermain will have access to the guildcodes and me nor THT nor Hiryuu nor Vermain will delete anyone for no reason.

Roleplaying needs to be from people who act realistic and dont try to make themselves all powerful because it REALLY ruins it for others.

Okay, here's a better way to put it, then.

"Roleplayers Inc. will be in charge of our little roleplaying world, in order to better serve you!"

That way people will know you only lay claim to control over yourselves, not other people.

Sure Roleplayers INC won't have any REAL power, but if you wish to roleplay within continuity then you must heed their call. Without Roleplayers INC it would be difficult to form a standard for the RPing and it would be chaos, this way things will stay more moderated and it will be easier to organize RP events
