My Graal Is Screwed

Someone please help me!
On graal something is really screwed for me. These problems just started yesterday.
1.I went onto graal2001 as usual and found that I couldn't interact with the NPCs or receive PMs. I restarted graal numerous times.
2.I asked on the graal main forum and the only answers I got were to reconnect.
3.I re-downloaded graal.
4.Now it's very messed up because I can't receive PMs, can't interact with NPCs (use or talk to them), and I cannot go through links. It seems to be worst on Graal2001 but is just the same on all the other servers.
Someone please try to figure out what the hell is wrong with my graal so I can start playing again!
